What is health? It is to preserve life, the body and to prevent disease.
Health is to take care of the person, not the disease; it is to be interested in the causes and not the symptoms. Health is order, disease is disorder. Disease is a manifestation of imbalance. Disease is manifested on the physical level but also on the spiritual, emotional and psychological levels. Disease manifests itself in a weakened organ.
''We put drugs, about which we know little, into our bodies, about which we know less, to cure a disease, about which we know nothing at all'' - Sir William Osler
After all this research here is my conclusion (in simplified form) of what we need to do to be healthy and live longer.
The most important of all is to be happy. Many scientific studies show the impact of feeling good about yourself, living a calm and peaceful life in respect with yourself, being grateful and satisfied with what you have and being able to live in the moment. The definition of being happy is different from one author to another. However, there are key points that have been studied and proven to be very significant in wellness, health and aging:
being grateful seize the moment good management of one's emotions taking care of oneself and others ability to introspect, to look inside, to change and to grow looking on the bright side, ability to see the positive in the negative avoiding stress / fear love
The second point which in my opinion is related to the first is, spirituality. Here I am not talking necessarily about having a religion, many people have a religion and are neither religious nor spiritual. I'm talking about feeling connected, feeling connected with the earth, with the infinite, with the heavens, with god, with gods, with life as a whole, in short with everything that surrounds us, with what we understand and what we don't understand (the invisible forces). To feel united, one, with everything and with nothing.
The third point is also connected with the other two, it is to have a purpose of life. To feel that I have a defined function on this earth, in this life that is offered to me. To feel that I can make a difference, that I bring something at one level or another. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning.
The fourth is to ensure the proper functioning of the human body and this is done through sleep. It promotes physical, intellectual and psychological recovery. While some functions of the body slow down their activity, such as breathing rate and blood pressure, other functions are activated and are extremely beneficial to the body.
Fasting. It has been used since the beginning of time and has scientifically demonstrated its benefits both in terms of health, fighting diseases, regulating the body and mind and fighting aging.
Obviously we cannot avoid talking about food, which is the main source of energy that we need regularly. But what is a healthy diet?
- Eating organic
- Eating raw (fruits and vegetables) 3 meals on 4 (75% of the time) or 75% of your plate
- Meals should be made up of more living products than processed or cooked products
- Eat fruits and vegetables from your region (if possible)
- Growing your own fruits and vegetables is the best solution
- Cooking vegetables lightly
- Eat a variety of foods to get the maximum amount of nutrients and vitamins and avoid deficiencies.
- Eating less meat
- Meat, you need to know where it comes from to ensure its quality (how the animals are treated, what they eat, vaccines, steroids, hormones, etc.)
- Avoid: pasteurized, processed, altered, refined, GMO, bugs, corn, wheat, flours, sugar, dairy products, vegetable oils, soy, fluoride and all chemicals (color, flavor, preservative, sealant, glue, pesticide, fungicide, flame retardant, etc.), heavy metals, antibiotics and drugs.
- Eat small amounts and as little as possible; carbs, yogurt, meat, fish, alcohol, potatoes.
- Do not eat between meals
- Eat 1 or 2 meals/day
- Stop eating before you are full
- Don't do anything else while eating. Don't be in emotions and be grateful/positive
- Chew, the more you chew the greater is your rate of absorption of the nutrients and the less you need to eat. As well as facilitating the digestion process
- Drink enough water and quality water that is full of energy (sun, movement, good vibe Hz)
The air, the air of the house and the big cities is too often polluted, surround yourself with trees, take walks in the parks get out of the cities.
The sun is essential for human life as it is for all forms of life on earth (vitamin D and infrared light).
Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes a day, better if it is more and even better if it is a sport/activity that fluctuates your cardio.
In my opinion, it is more important to spend your day in motion than to exercise 20 min a day. The new lifestyle does not fit the human being. Spending your day without movement, sitting 4/8/10 hours a day is not natural and does not help your health.
Detox, as pollutants and chemicals/toxics are omnipresent, a regular detox is necessary. E.g. exercise (cardio), long fasting, chlorella with coriander, activated charcoal, etc.
Earthing, walking barefoot for a minimum of 20 minutes a day or hugging a tree or lying naked on the ground. Only humans are disconnected from the earth.
Physical contact, we are connected beings and we need a constant flow of energy. Human contact is important for human development, well-being, immune system, healing process, emotions, etc.
Avoid, big cities, areas where there is a lot of pollution such as ports, agricultural areas, industrial areas, areas contaminated by industrial waste, high voltage areas, 4g/5g antennas.
Technologies, turn off your wifi from your router, phone and computer when not in use. Use cable connections for long term use. Turn off your localization/bluetooth when not in use. Stay away from big 4/5g tower or electric pole/tower.
All products today contain chemicals, buy beauty products/shampoo/toothpaste/cream/household products that are natural without all these products. The same goes for laundry, sheets, appliances/electrical/electronics. When you make a new purchase wash it with HOCL. Let them breathe, leave them outside for a few days/weeks, be in a ventilated environment.
E.g. I bought a pillow at Walmart, a few weeks later I started getting sick. I was sick for several months trying to find the cause. Until one day I replaced that evil pillow that had a lot of chemicals in it, including the famous flame retardant which is known to be extremely carcinogenic. So I changed all my sheets, my pillow and even my mattress, making sure that all of them were free of toxic products.
HOCL is (as far as I know) the best cleaner on the ''market'' and the only one that can remove pesticides. (You can do your own HOCL at home). You will not be protected against product like flame retardant with HOCL!
Never take supplements on a long term basis
Never take medication (drugs) on a long term basis
If you need to take supplements or drugs, take one day a week without the product and fast all day (24h) to cleanse yourself of products that could harm you and give your body a rest.
Conclusion
Now that you have a better idea of what it takes to be healthy and live longer, what you can put into practice in your current life? What you are willing to change and what can be done in the future?
Changing your habits is probably the most difficult part of the process.
But if you can put into practice between 15 and 25% of the above you will already see changes in your life. The more changes you will see, the more motivated you will be. Now the question is: how important it is for you to be healthy and live longer?
