My Biohack Experiment

After several years following the various scientific researches mainly on health lately, I came across biohacking and got interested in it closely. I have spent the last 4 years researching this, following the latest discoveries and following the greatest biohackers.

So I decided to put many of them into practice in my daily lifestyle.

NMN / Resveratrol

My biohack journey

I do the Sinclair protocol with NMN and Resveratrol except sundays, fasting day

I decided to do a follow up regularly to see the effect of this protocol. You can follow my progress on my blog

For various reasons, mainly due to the arrival of the ''pandemic'', I could not carry out the protocol and especially the necessary follow-up to have a rigorously valid result from the scientific point of view. I have therefore removed the blog in question. I continue to do the protocol but without rigorous follow-up.

Morning Routine

  • Every morning I start with a 10 minutes meditation

  • I drink at least 500 ml of water

  • A 20 minute walk

  • A 20 minutes of OM meditation. Click here to have more info

  • Sunbathing for 10 min
