ABOUT ME

When I was young I was fascinated by human behavior, I could spend hours watching people and their behavior and trying to understand their mechanisms. So I decided to study psychology. After 4 years, as I wasn't really learning much in my classes, I decided to take different psychology courses here and there from different horizons and then do personal development seminars. Having worked for over 10 years in the field of psychology I needed to go further and deeper. I started to travel around the world to learn about different cultures/behaviors, to better understand the human being. Through all this I became a "guide" who gave conferences/seminars on personal development and other topics. Having a discussion with my mother about the meaning of life and the reason of my presence here on earth, she told me that there was a specific reason, despite all the difficulties of my life. And I asked myself the question: what is my purpose in life. And the answer came by itself: to help humanity grow and get out of its obscurantism.

After a serious accident that caused me severe brain damage, I could not continue to be a "guide" as I saw it. Having serious problems with memory and concentration, I started to search. Looking for ways to improve my condition. From treatment to treatment I didn't really see any improvement. My self-confidence was no longer the same as before, my ability to make public presentations and charisma were no longer satisfactory to give conferences and workshops, I had to find a solution. That's when I decided to look into nutrition and especially how to develop my body to the maximum in order to enjoy life in shape and healthy. If I, with my difficulties, can't go on as before, maybe I can help others by deepening the well-being and longevity. Knowing the science and reading scientific articles on different subjects for many years now, I started to focus my attention on everything that surrounds life expectancy and how to live healthy as long as possible and die happy. After many years of research, reading, and viewing videos, I can say that I have a good idea of how to achieve this. Certainly I don't have all the answers, certainly there are areas that escapes me, for example all the invisible forces that surround us (whatever name we can give them), but I could say that I am at a very satisfactory point. This does not prevent me from continuing my research, especially on the spiritual level, of the forces that surround us and obviously the science that brings us some of the answers we are looking for.

  • Balancing everything is good. To bring everything into harmony is better.

  • Let your choices reflect your hopes and not your fears.

  • Success is having what you want. Happiness is loving what you have.

  • You can only overcome nature by obeying it.

  • Happiness cannot be acquired. It does not reside in appearances. Each of us is building it at every moment of our life with our heart.
