7 different types of fasting

Everyone is different and everyone will have different result from all these fasts

Intermittent fasting

  • If you are new in fasting, this is where you start

  • No food for 13 to 15 hours

  • Principle : when you stay away from food for more than 13 hours the body will start to eat the toxins inside the cell

  • it spikes growth hormone

  • The longer you keep doing it more it will detox and work on the stored sugar in fat

  • It's a fasting you do everyday

  • It can be called one meal a day, it can be lunch to lunch

  • 20 to 24 hours without food

  • The same thing as intermittent fasting but you extend it

  • Once or twice a week

  • Only water or plain coffee or tea if it's too difficult with only water

  • You get more detoxification, more autophagy, and you are also going to get more to those stored fat cells or sugar that is stored in fat

36 to 48 hour fasting

Dinner to dinner fast

  • It's great for the weight loss resistant person

  • You can implement this once every couple of weeks to push your weight loss

  • You start to reach more stored sugar

  • It's good to reboot your immune system

  • Good for stem cells production

Dry fast

  • Fasting without drinking and eating

  • Not recommended more than 12 to 24 hours

  • There is no scientific evidence that dry fast can give you a better weight loss or a better fat metabolism than the 36-48 hour fasting

  • There is a lot of studies that shows that dry fast is improving the brain power and lowering inflammation

  • No food

  • Is a life changing

  • Recommended to do a 3 to 5 days once or twice a year

  • It's a great way to heal your body

  • Deep repair of the body

  • Kill cancer cells

  • Stem cell production

  • Massive growth hormone rise

  • It depend of your condition, but maybe a 5 days of fasting you will need to consult your doctor

  • Be very conscious of what is going on in your body

Break the Fast Safely!

A gentle transition is a key to getting best results from the fast and avoiding undermining efforts. The first meal should be rather easy on our digestive systems since it hasn’t been used in a while.
